They’re passionate about their businesses and take pride in what they do. My clients manage their businesses in a full-time capacity and expect on-going rewards of personal income, job satisfaction, personal growth and profits.

How it Works
Every relationship with a business coach is different but the following points outline what you can expect when working with me. * As your business coach I need to understand how your business currently works. Over the first session we will discuss your sales, marketing, people, administration, finance, growth potential and systems. In effect a health check or audit. Following this session, we will have a look at the areas of the business that need the most immediate attention. * I will meet with you either face to face or by telephone on a regular agreed basis:
Fast Track – (weekly) for clients looking to accelerate their performance
Steady – (fortnightly) for clients wanting to take a slower pace.
Maintenance – (Monthly) For Clients looking for accountability usually after a weekly or fortnightly series of sessions.
During these sessions, we will focus on what needs to be done to improve particular issues in the business. We will also discuss the resources required to rectify that issue and create a list of items to be actioned within a specific time frame and in a sensible order. As your business coach I will be included as a resource available to your business.
As well as addressing pressing issues, we will focus on your personal goals and consider the future of the enterprise. I will ensure that you keep your eye on the bigger picture.
Should you require I will become a resource available to your business and will use my skills to get directly involved in your business?
It is important that we communicate regularly in order to get the results you want as soon as possible. A weekly email updating me of your activities helps with this.
I can assist with team training where necessary. I am experienced in managing teams and will be able to assist you to manage the challenges that staff will present you with as your business grows.
Finally I will be able to assist you to make more positive decisions. Having someone who understands your position and understands the pressure you’re under can be important when a critical decision needs to be made.
Your business coach becomes your partner (in theory) with less emotional attachment than you.
